Spelt Hallah
Probably the best Hallah in London! Spelt is an ancient species of wheat, cultivated from the Bronze Age to medieval times. In recent centuries it has slowly declined in part due to the traditionally cheaper price of wheat. Spelt has more nutritional qualities than regular wheat, is easier to digest and has a finer taste. It is suitable for a gluten intolerant diet.
